TERMS&CONDITIONS

1)

The total amount quoted is only an estimated charge based on the time, location and km allowance displayed above. Extra day, extra hour and extra km charge may apply.

2)

Toll fee, parking and other miscellaneous charges are NOT included in the estimated total charges. Additional 10% surcharge will be charged if Paid by Hertz for Customer.

3)

Airport transfers are for point to point transfers (One way only), NO detour allow. Any detours shall be calculated and chargeable based on extra hour or extra KM charge.

4)

For actual airport transfer pickup time earlier than 0800 in the morning or later than 2000 in the evening, the after hour concierge fee of RMB 300 to RMB 500 will apply.

5)

For out-station trips, extra charge or RMB 250/night for driver's accommodation (if applicable) and meal subsidy of RMB 50 will apply.

6)

Driver will collect the basic rental amount at the 1st day he meet customer, any extra charge, such as extra km or extra hour charge will be collected by driver at the end of the rental.

7)

For multi-days rental, extra hour charge will be calculated and charged on a DAILY basis, CANNOT be accumulated.

8)

- All modification & cancellation must be done during Hertz working hours.
For modification made:
8 hours or more in advance -  no charge
Less than 8 hours in advance   30% surcharge shall apply
For cancellations made:
8 hours in advance  - no charge
Less than 8 hours -  50% surcharge shall apply
Less than 4 hours – full rental fee shall be charged

9)

There will be no refund for the unused portion of the maximum kilometer and hour allowable.

10)

Hertz reservation center working hours: Monday to Friday: 8AM - 8PM. Saturday to Sunday: 9AM - 6PM. Public Holiday: 9AM to 6PM.

11)

Self drive renter is liable for all excess vehicle damage loss, third party loss, passenger loss beyond the standard and optional insurance coverage.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

Terms and conditions:

Airport transfer rates are applicable for rentals within Outer-Ring Road in Shanghai, 4th-Ring Road in Beijing and Tianjin, Shenzhen respective kilometre limited.

-

Airport transfers are for point to point transfers (One way only).

-

Maximum tour distance is 50km and tour time is 2 hours

-

Any detours shall be calculated and chargeable based on extra hour and extra KM, both to be charged.

-

For airort transfer service, there is a 1 hour free waiting time. Extra waiting time will be charged.

-

Maximum waiting time 4 hours (for flight delays)

 
CHAUFFEUR DRIVE

Terms and conditions:

-

One standard chauffeur drive rental day means 9 consecutive hours, inclusive of 1 hour for Driver's meal time.

-

Any detours shall be calculated and chargeable based on extra hour and extra KM, both to be charged.

 
SELF-DRIVE

Terms and conditions:

Driver's Qualifications:

-

Driver must possess a current valid Mainland China Driving License.

-

Driver must have at least one year of driving experience at the time of rental (e.g., 1 year has elapsed since the license’s issuance date).

-

Self-drive is not available for customers who hold an overseas Driving License or International Driving License.

-

For self-drive rental, driver must be minimum 21 years of age.

Both extra hours and extra km requires additional charge, as the rate table indicated

One way rental is not allowed. Car has to be returned back to the pick-up city Hertz locations.

Hertz allows a 29 minutes grace period. If a renter returns later than this grace period, Hertz shall charge for extra hours.

Every Hertz vehicle is rented out with a full tank of fuel and must be returned the same;
